Abstract:
A trial operation analysis of a biomass gasification-chemical looping hydrogen generation system is conducted. In the trial opeation, it is found that the slag discharge of biomass gasifier is not smooth, which is solved by adding stirring roller. At the initial stage of ignition of biomass gasifier, the substandard syngas is treated by exhaust ignition, which eliminates the potential environmental pollution risk. The problem that the leak point is difficult to locate in the cold and hot air tightness detection of the system is solved by adding sampling points in the pipeline to detect the oxygen concentration, which provides data support for the leak point location. The temperature of gasifier is low, and the furnace temperature is obviously raised by improving the ignition method. During the operation of the biomass gasifier, the biomass oil produces condenses on the blades and cover of the synthetic gas induced draft fan, which is easy to cause equipment overload when restarted after shutdown, and the method of steam washing before shutdown is adopted to solve the problem.
