  • 摘要: 针对江苏某电厂石膏脱水机真空泵卡涩问题,进行了轴承表面结垢的化学成分分析,得出泵内工质水由工业水变为化学水处理排放的废水后,pH值升高、钙镁硬度变大,引起结垢。采取药剂清洗的措施后,在短时间使真空泵恢复正常运行,同时提出定期检查回用水系统有无异常,在回用水池出水侧、三期工业废水回水出水母管处加装pH表等一系列设备运行的改进建议,有效解决了真空泵结垢卡涩问题。

     

    Abstract: In view of the problem of sticking in the vacuum pump of gypsum dehydrator in a power plant in Jiangsu province, the chemical composition of the bearing surface scaling is analyzed, and the reason for the scaling jam is analyzed. After the working medium water in the pump changed from industrial water to the wastewater treated from chemical water, the pH is high, the calcium and magnesium hardness is large, and it is easy to scale. After taking the measures of chemical cleaning, the vacuum pump can be restored to normal operation in a short period of time. At the same time, The paper puts forward a series of improvement measures for the operation of a series of equipment such as regular inspection of the reuse water system and installating the pH meter in the jellyfish tube of the return water of the third-stage industrial wastewater at the effluent side of the reuse pool, which effectively solve the problem of scaling and jamming of the vacuum pump.
