Abstract:
In order to better evaluate the health of the turbogenerator unit and guide the operation and maintenance of the unit, a vibration-based health evaluation method for turbogenerator units is proposed, which takes the deterioration of vibration amplitude, fault probability, and fault potential hazard as the evaluation indicators of health status. Due to the ambiguity of the evaluation criteria, according to the characteristics of each evaluation index, appropriate membership functions are used to calculate the membership degree of each evaluation index corresponding to each state. Health evaluation is conducted by the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, and the health index of the unit is calculated, which can be used to determine the health level. Health evaluations under different fault scenarios are carried out, and scientific and reasonable evaluation results are obtained.
