  • 摘要: 为了更好地对汽轮发电机组进行健康评价,以指导机组运维工作的开展,提出一种基于振动的汽轮发电机组健康评价方法,将振动幅值劣化度、故障发生可能性、故障潜在危害程度共同作为健康状态的评价指标;由于评价标准具有模糊性,根据各个评价指标的特点,采用合适的隶属度函数计算每个评价指标对应用于各个状态的隶属度,利用模糊综合评判法进行机组健康评价,并计算机组设备的健康指数,进而确定机组的健康等级。通过对不同故障情景下的机组进行健康评价,得到了科学、合理的评价结果。

     

    Abstract: In order to better evaluate the health of the turbogenerator unit and guide the operation and maintenance of the unit, a vibration-based health evaluation method for turbogenerator units is proposed, which takes the deterioration of vibration amplitude, fault probability, and fault potential hazard as the evaluation indicators of health status. Due to the ambiguity of the evaluation criteria, according to the characteristics of each evaluation index, appropriate membership functions are used to calculate the membership degree of each evaluation index corresponding to each state. Health evaluation is conducted by the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, and the health index of the unit is calculated, which can be used to determine the health level. Health evaluations under different fault scenarios are carried out, and scientific and reasonable evaluation results are obtained.
