Development and Application of Checking System of Definite Values Before and After Maintenance Work of Relay Protection Devices

  • 摘要: 针对当前电网继电保护装置定值在检修工作前后核对方面存在的问题,提出了一种新的定值核对方法,该方法基于ESC/POS打印机接口传输规范,从保护装置打印接口处可获取运行定值数据,并解析形成文本文件,实现继电保护装置定值的无纸化打印;将定值文本文件按站点、间隔、设备进行分级存储,并与检修工作前打印输出的定值文件进行比对,可快速、准确地完成检修工作前后的定值核对工作。通过现场实际应用,该方法安全可靠,能够提高定值核对工作效率,确保主电网设备定值核对的有效性。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the problems existing in the verification of relay protection device settings before and after maintenance, this paper proposes a new method for checking the definite values, which is based on the ESC/POS printer interface transmission specification, and can obtain the operating value data from the protection device printing interface and parse it to form a text file to realize the paperless printing of the definite values of the relay protection devices. The text file is stored by site, interval and equipment, and compared with the printed value file before the maintenance work, so that the verification of the values before and after the maintenance work can be done quickly and accurately. The method is practical, safe and reliable through actual application and system verification, which ensures the validity of the main grid equipment value checking and is of practical significance to ensure the safe and stable operation of the grid.
