退役风机叶片回收利用技术方法分析

  • 摘要: 随着风电装机容量的不断增加,退役后风机叶片的绿色、经济回收利用技术成为全球风电产业亟待攻克的难题。为此系统阐述了国内外退役风机叶片规模以及风机叶片所用复合材料的发展趋势,分析了物理法、物理化学法、化学回收法等现有风机叶片回收利用方法和进展情况。建议制定退役风机叶片回收相关标准及政策,同时需要多行业协同推进、行业上下协调发展,并注重技术研发,以实现退役风机叶片的绿色回收利用。

     

    Abstract: With the increasing capacity of wind power, the green and economic recycling utilization method of retired wind turbine blades has become a difficult problem to be solved in the global wind power industry. This paper systematically describes the scale of retired turbine blades and the development trend of composite materials used for wind turbine blades, analyzes the existing methods and progress of recycling wind turbine blades such as physical method, physical chemical method, chemical recycling method, et al. It is suggested to formulate relevant standards and policies for the recycling of retired turbine blades, and at the same time, it is necessary to promote the coordinated development of multiple industries, and pay attention to technical research and development, so as to achieve green recycling of retired wind turbine blades.
