Abstract:
During the troubleshooting of a 2 MW wind turbine generator, it is found that the zigzag conducting bar of generator rotor is fused. According to the fault, the structural design, manufacturing process and material properties of the conducting bar are systematically examined and analyzed. It is determined that the mechanical properties of the conducting bar are greatly reduced after the technical damage occurred during the manufacturing process. After long-term operation, under the action of centrifugal force and thermal stress, the damaged part is fatigued, and finally the conducting bar is fused. Therefore, the design process, design structure and other aspects are improved, and the conducting bar is repaired, which solves the fusing fault of the generator's zigzag conducting bar, and ensures the unit's safe and stable operation.
