直接空冷机组炉水氢电导率异常原因分析及治理

Reason Analysis and Treatment on Abnormal Hydrogen Conductivity of Boiler Water in Direct Air Cooling Unit

  • 摘要: 某燃煤直接空冷机组凝结水精处理工艺为单级粉末树脂覆盖过滤器,在投运初期,出现水汽品质异常、炉水氢电导率超标严重的问题。通过对杂质成分、粉末树脂泄漏、粉末树脂溶出物等方面进行分析,认为粉末树脂溶出物质量浓度过大是炉水氢电导率超标的主要原因,采取更换粉末树脂配合粉末树脂在线清洗的解决措施,确保了机组的安全、稳定、经济运行。

     

    Abstract: The condensate processing technology of coal-fired direct air cooling unit is powdex. In the early stage of powdex operation, the water vapor quality is abnormal, and the hydrogen conductivity of boiler water seriously exceeds the standard. Through the inspection and analysis on impurity composition, leakage of powdex and powder resin leachate, it is considered that the excessive concentration of powder resin leachate is the main cause. Therefore, the measures of changing the powder resin and using on-line powdered resin cleaning technology are put forward, After the measures are implemented, the problem is solved to ensure the safe, economical and stable operation of the unit.
