Abstract:
Through the analysis of various factors affecting the fire-fighting capacity of substation, four primary indicators such as fire protection pre-control measures and equipment health level, and nineteen secondary indicators such as fire protection facility inspection and fire protection facility maintenance are extracted, and an hierarchical model based on Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is constructed to comprehensively evaluate the fire-fighting capacity of substation. The actual test shows that the AHP evaluation model can realize the quantitative characterization of substation fire-fighting capacity level and avoid rough generalization and qualitative description. According to the scores of various indicators in the evaluation results, the substation can formulate treatment strategies and carry out the treatment of fire hazards in the substation.
