大型变压器空载和负载现场试验无功功率自补偿式电源的应用

Application of Reactive Power Self-Compensating Power Supply for No-Load and Load Field Test of Large Transformer

  • 摘要: 为解决变压器制造厂使用的发电机组和高压调压器不适用于变电站大型变压器空载和负载现场试验的问题,研制了一种大容量、无功功率自补偿、可移动的新型试验电源装置,并成功应用于内蒙古某220 kV变电站主变压器现场试验项目。应用结果显示,新型试验电源装置通过无功功率自补偿,试验电压可满足220 kV变压器1.1倍额定电压下的空载损耗测试要求;通过对现场电容器组无功补偿效果进行精确调节,试验电流可满足220 kV变压器50%额定电流下的负载损耗测试要求。

     

    Abstract: In order to effectively carry out the no-load and load field test of large transformer and solve the problem that the generator set and high-voltage voltage regulator used in transformer manufacturer are not suitable for substation field, a new type of large-capacity, reactive power self-compensation, and movable new test power supply device is developed, and successfully applied to the field test project of main transformer in a 220 kV station in Inner Mongolia. Application results show that the power supply device is self-compensated by reactive power, and the test voltage can meet the no-load loss test requirements of a 220 kV transformer at 1.1 times the rated voltage. By accurately adjusting the reactive power compensation effect of on-site capacitor bank, the test current can meet the load loss test requirements of a 220 kV transformer under 50% of the rated current.
