基于附加铜耗占负载损耗比例的电力变压器铭牌容量失真判别方法

Capacity Discriminative Method of Power Transformer Nameplate Based on Ratio of Additional Copper Consumption to Load Losses

  • 摘要: 针对部分用户篡改变压器铭牌和出厂技术资料中容量参数的问题,提出一种基于附加铜耗占负载损耗比例的电力变压器铭牌容量判别方法,该方法仅应用变压器铭牌和出厂技术资料中的直流电阻试验数据、负载损耗数据,即可有效甄别变压器铭牌容量的真实性。以某SFPZ9-130000/220型用户变压器为例进行判别,及时发现了该用户变压器铭牌容量失真问题,验证了该方法的可靠性。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the problem of some users tampering with the capacity parameters in the transformer nameplate and the factory technical data, a method based on the ratio of additional copper consumption to load losses is proposed to identify the capacity of transformer nameplate. The method can effectively identify whether the capacity of transformer nameplate is real by using only the DC resistance test data and load loss data in the transformer nameplate and the factory technical data. Taking a SFPZ9-130000/220 user transformer as an example, the problem of untrue capacity of the user′s transformer nameplate is discovered in time, and the reliability of the method is verified.
