Abstract:
The seriously corroded guyed rods of concrete pole in 110 kV transmission line are investigated by means of macro-morphology inspection, chemical composition analysis, microstructure test, corrosion product morphology and energy spectrum analysis, hardness test, soil physicochemical properties testing. The result shows that oxygen concentration corrosion caused by uneven distribution of oxygen concentration in soil is the main cause for corrosion of guyed rods. Therefore, in order to solve the corrosion problem of the guyed rod used for the transmission tower, effective suggestions are put forward, such as strengthening the inspection of the guyed rod, adopting hot-dip galvanized for corrosion prevention, and the concrete reinforcement pouring technology.
