双碳背景下基于需求响应的虚拟电厂调度策略研究

Research on Virtual Power Plant Dispatching Strategy Based on Demand Response Under Dual?Carbon Background

  • 摘要: 为了促进新能源消纳和绿色能源的发展,基于“碳达峰、碳中和”背景,提出了一种考虑碳排放的虚拟电厂调度策略。该策略利用多级聚合商的调控作用降低部分用电负荷,缓解虚拟电厂整合其他发电功率的压力;并利用高碳能源设备、低碳能源设备以及储能装置等共同协调作用,在满足用户用电负荷的基础上降低系统总的碳排放量;最后,通过各类型机组发电功率变化情况讨论虚拟电厂的调控策略。

     

    Abstract: In order to promote the consumption of new energy and the development of green energy, this paper proposes a virtual power plant dispatching strategy based on carbon emissions under the background of carbon peak and carbon neutrality. Firstly, the strategy uses the regulation of multi - level aggregators to reduce part of the electricity load, and reduce the pressure on the virtual power plant to integrate other power generation. Secondly, high-carbon energy equipment, low - carbon energy equipment, and energy storage devices are used to coordinate together to reduce the total carbon emissions of the system on the basis of meeting the power load of users. Finally, the control strategy of the virtual power plant is discussed through the change of power generation of each unit. It is expected to realize the possibility of low carbon emission of virtual power plant through the discussion of the strategy.
