大规模风电接入对内蒙古电网动态稳定特性影响分析

Impact Analysis of Large-Scale Wind Power Integration on Dynamic Stability Characteristics of Inner Mongolia Power Grid

  • 摘要: 以中国电力科学研究院下发的2~3年滚动校核数据为基础,采用2023年预测丰平大数据,分别通过小干扰和大扰动稳定分析方法对不同比例风电接入影响下内蒙古电网动态稳定特性进行分析。分析结果表明,内蒙古风电不出力时,内蒙古电网动态稳定性最差;随着风电出力水平的不断提高,内蒙古电网动态稳定水平有所提升;大规模风电机组接入内蒙古电网,可有效提升电网动态稳定水平。并提出加装电子系统稳定器或静止无功补偿器、建设内蒙古电网与华北电网的异步联网工程等改善动态稳定特性的措施。

     

    Abstract: The dynamic stability characteristics of Inner Mongolia power grid under the influence of different proportions of wind power connection are analyzed by the small disturbance and large disturbance stability analysis methods respectively, based on the 2-3 years rolling data issued by China Electric Power Research Institute and the 2023 forecast data. The analysis results show that the dynamic stability of the Inner Mongolia power grid is the worst when the wind power in Inner Mongolia is out of power; with the continuous improvement of wind power output level, the dynamic stability level of Inner Mongolia power grid has improved; large - scale wind turbines connected to the Inner Mongolia power grid can effectively improve the dynamic stability level of the power grid. This paper proposes methods to improve the dynamic stability characteristics.
