风电场出力特性与集群效应分析方法研究

Research on the Analysis Method for Wind Power Generating Output Characteristic and Cluster Effects

摘要: 从时间和空间分布的角度，提出风电场时空出力特性的分析框架，包括单一风电场的长期出力特性和短期出力特性分析、风电场集群长期波动相关性和短期波动互补性的分析方法。利用所提分析框架和指标，以海南文昌风电场为例，开展风电出力特性分析；以海南文昌(1座风电场)、儋州(2座风电场)、东方(2座风电场)以及海南全省风电集群为例，开展风电集群效应分析，验证分析框架和指标的实用性和有效性。

Abstract: A framework for wind power generating output characteristic analysis has been proposed from the perspective of time and space distribution. The proposed framework includes long-term and short-term generating output characteristic analysis of a single wind farm, the relation of long-term fluctuation and the complementation of short-term fluctuation of wind farms cluster. The proposed method was applied to an analytic study of Wenchang wind farm, Danzhou wind farm, Dongfang wind farm and the Hainan wind farm cluster to reveal its rationality and feasibility.
