Research and Application of Insulating Glove Operation Method for Replacing Pole-mounted Transformers

  • 摘要: 随着社会经济高速发展,客户对用电的稳定性和安全性有了更高的要求,以往停电检修的弊端慢慢显露。通过对标国际国内先进供电企业,带电作业能够有效降低计划停电次数和时间,是一种技术成熟的配电网运维检修作业手段,并得到了广泛应用。文章针对绝缘手套法短时停电更换柱上变压器现场工作,结合国家电网有限公司2022年配网不停电作业技能竞赛综合不停电作业法更换柱上变压器的活动,对该项工作现场标准化作业的步骤和技术要求进行深入探讨。

     

    Abstract: With the rapid development of the social economy, users have higher requirements for the stability and safety of electricity consumption, and the drawbacks of previous power outage maintenance are gradually emerging. By benchmarking with advanced international and domestic power supply enterprises, live working can effectively reduce the number and time of planned power outages, and has been widely used as a technically mature means of distribution network operation and maintenance. This article focuses on the on-site work of replacing column mounted transformers with insulated gloves during short-term power outages, and combines the comprehensive non power outage operation method for replacing column mounted transformers in the 2022 distribution network non power outage operation skill competition of State Grid Corporation of China. The work steps and technical requirements for standardized on-site operations of this work are deeply discussed.
