一种智能工器具管理装置的研制与应用

Development and Application of an Intelligent Tool Management Device

  • 摘要: 变电检修过程中所使用的工器具种类和数量较多,人工管理难度大、耗时长,严重影响了变电检修工作效益。提出一种新型工器具管理装置的设计方案,利用传感模块、无线通信及移动App,实现变电检修工器具的自动识别及清单管理,且保证其便于携带、安全高效,集多功能于一体,为工器具日常管理带来了很大的便利。

     

    Abstract: There are many kinds and quantities of tools and instruments used in the process of substation maintenance, which makes manual management difficult and time-consuming and seriously affects the efficiency of substation maintenance. This paper presents a design scheme of a new tool and instrument management device, which realizes the automatic identification and list management of substation maintenance tools and instruments by using sensor module, wireless communication and mobile App, and ensures that it is easy to carry, safe and efficient, integrates multiple functions, and brings great convenience to the daily management of tools and instruments.
