基于大数据分析的农村电力营业厅新零售产品推广技术分析

Technical Analysis of New Retail Produce Extending based on Big Data Analysis in Electric Power Business Hall in Rural Village

  • 摘要: 充分利用营业厅客户临厅感知区、柜台等智能摄像头硬件,在大营销数据库的支持下,结合刷脸支付等金融接口的相关应用,对营业厅服务流程进行革新,并对乡村电气化、消费扶贫、光伏服务等新零售产品进行精准推广。营销管理技术革新后,营业厅的新零售服务能力、用户评价结果、用户依从度等均有效提升。
