超声波局部放电智能传感器校验技术研究

Research on Calibration Technology of Ultrasonic Partial Discharge Intelligent Sensors

  • 摘要: 超声波局部放电智能传感器大量入网,但缺乏统一高效的校验手段。为提高智能传感器的校验效率与可靠性,结合现有标准提出了一种智能传感器校验技术,利用上位机软件与程控模拟发生器实现自动化校验。该校验方法减少了人员操作,提高了检测效率。

     

    Abstract: A large number of ultrasonic partial discharge intelligent sensors are connected to the network, but they lack a unified and efficient verification method. In order to improve the verification efficiency and reliability of intelligent sensors, a intelligent sensor verification technology is proposed in combination with existing standards, which uses host computer software and a program-controlled analog generator to achieve automatic verification. This verification method reduces personnel operations, and improves detection efficiency.
