特高压铁塔组立过程中异形构件吊装方案研究

  • 摘要: 为给特高压输电铁塔施工组立过程中异形构件吊装方案的制定提供技术支持,以某大跨越单回路酒杯型跨越塔为研究对象,采用结构分析软件Tekla Structure对铁塔的部分异形构件进行建模,计算异形构件的重心位置,提出异形构件的吊装方案。为验证方案的可行性,利用ANSYS软件进行有限元分析。分析结果表明,构件拆分后配重处钢管强度符合要求,吊装方案安全可行,该方案可提升铁塔施工组立的效率,确保施工安全,为特高压输电铁塔异形构件吊装方案的制定提供参考。

     

    Abstract: In order to provide technical support for the formulation of the hoisting scheme of special shaped components in the erection of UHV transmission towers, this paper takes a large-span single circuit cup-shaped spanning tower as the research object, and uses the structural analysis software Tekla Structure to model some special-shaped components of the tower. The gravity center position of the special-shaped component is calculated, and the hoisting scheme of the special-shaped component is proposed. In order to verify the feasibility of the scheme, the finite element analysis is carried out by using ANSYS software. The analysis results show that the strength of the steel pipe at the counterweight after the component is split meets the requirements, and the hoisting scheme is safe and feasible. It can improve the efficiency of the tower construction,ensure the safety of the construction, and provide reference for the formulation of the hoisting scheme of the special-shaped components of the UHV transmission tower.
