Diagnosis and Countermeasures of Charged Detection in High-Voltage Through-Wall Bushing

  • 摘要: 分析不停电条件下发现变电站内高压穿墙套管异常放电的方法,验证了红外精准测温、超声波局放检测等带电检测手段对高压穿墙套管异常放电的灵敏性与可靠性,避免了变压器差动范围跳闸事故,同时定制出全密封型圆铜棒瓷质穿墙套管,有效解决了潮气入侵穿墙套管导致设备异常放电等问题。

     

    Abstract: This article analyzes the method of abnormal discharge of high-voltage through-wall bushings in substations under uninterrupted power condition, verifies the sensitivity and reliability of infrared accurate temperature measurement, ultrasonic local discharge detection and other live detection methods to abnormal discharge of high voltage casing,which can avoid tripping accidents in the differential range of the transformer.And a fully sealed round copper rod porcelain through-wall bushing is customized, which can solve the problem of abnormal discharge of equipment caused by moisture invading the through-wall bushing.
