Abstract:
In view of the problems existing in the field application of temperature-sensing cable, a quantitative test device for the performance of temperature-sensing cable is designed, and a high-precision temperature control algorithm based on fuzzy PID is proposed to form a set of cable performance evaluation system. Through testing and application, the device can be used to check the running status of the field cable, achieve the goal of quantitative performance testing, and effectively eliminate the use of damaged or low-quality temperature-sensing cable.
