Temperature Sensing Cable Performance Detection System Based on Temperature Resistance Characteristics

  • 摘要: 针对感温电缆现场应用存在的问题,设计与应用感温电缆性能定量检测装置,提出基于模糊PID的高精度温度控制算法,形成一套电缆性能评价体系。通过测试应用,利用该装置可以便捷地检查现场电缆运行状况,实现性能定量检测的目的,有效杜绝使用已经损坏或低质量的感温电缆。

     

    Abstract: In view of the problems existing in the field application of temperature-sensing cable, a quantitative test device for the performance of temperature-sensing cable is designed, and a high-precision temperature control algorithm based on fuzzy PID is proposed to form a set of cable performance evaluation system. Through testing and application, the device can be used to check the running status of the field cable, achieve the goal of quantitative performance testing, and effectively eliminate the use of damaged or low-quality temperature-sensing cable.
