高压电缆瓷套式终端故障导致瓷套管爆裂机理分析

Mechanism Analysis of Porcelain Bushing Burst Caused by Failure of Porcelain Bushing Terminal of High Voltage Cable

  • 摘要: 高压电缆瓷套式终端故障导致瓷套管爆裂事故发生,对周围电气设备及人员安全造成极大影响。为了研究瓷套管爆裂机理,以目前市场上广泛运用的日式结构的高压电缆瓷套式终端为例,建立仿真模型,对高压电缆瓷套式终端故障时产生的瞬态热和高温高压等离子体对瓷套爆裂的影响机理进行分析,发现导致瓷套管发生爆裂的主要原因,最后提出了适合高压电缆瓷套式终端的防爆措施以降低终端故障引起瓷套爆裂造成次生伤害的影响。

     

    Abstract: The breakdown of high-voltage cable porcelain bushing terminal leads to the porcelain bushing burst accident, which greatly affects the safety of electric equipment and personnel. In order to study the mechanism of porcelain bushing burst caused by faults, a simulation model is established by taking the Japanese-style high-voltage cable porcelain bushing terminal which is widely used in the market as an example, the mechanism of the transient heat and the effect of high temperature and high pressure plasma on the burst of the porcelain sleeve of high voltage cable caused by the failure of the porcelain sleeve terminal is analyzed, and the reason of porcelain bushing burst is found. In the end, some measures to reduce the secondary damage caused by the end failure are put forward.
