Practical Application of Distribution Automation in Hunan Power Grid

  • 摘要: 根据配电自动化应用情况,梳理了几种典型馈线自动化方式的应用特点,结合湖南电网现状,提出了"主线馈线自动化、支线继电保护"的配电自动化实用化技术路线,制定了配置技术原则,并开展了实用化应用实践。典型应用案例表明,提出的技术方案可有效支撑"两降一控"工作目标,即降低10 kV整线停电、降低配电台区停电和控制配变停运时长。最后,针对实用化实践过程中存在的问题,提出了下阶段工作建议。

     

    Abstract: According to the application situation of distribution automation, this paper combs the application characteristics of several typical feeder automation modes, and combining with the present situation of Hunan power grid, puts forward the practical technical route of distribution automation of "main feeder automation and branch line relay protection", the principle of configuration technology is established, and the practical application is carried out. The typical application cases show that the technical scheme can effectively support the objectives of "two reduction and one control", that is, to reduce the power cut of 10 kV whole line, to reduce the power cut of distribution station and to control the time of distribution transformer outage. Finally, in view of the problems existing in the practical practice, the paper puts forward some suggestions for the next stage.
