Design and Application of Mobile Operation and Maintenance Platform for Relay Protection

  • 摘要: 随着湖南电网规模不断扩大,三年行动计划持续深入推进,对二次专业运维检修要求越来越高,人员承载力趋于饱和,落后的生产方式与继电保护设备快速增长之间的矛盾日益突出。根据相关要求,利用物联网技术,结合高速通信网络和移动终端,对继电保护设备进行全寿命周期管理,推动二次专业运维、检修、巡检工作的移动化、无纸化及智能化,提高现场运维工作信息化率,实现由传统装备向信息装备、由人工巡视向自动巡视、由经验检修向智能检修的跨越。

     

    Abstract: As the scale of Hunan power grid continues to grow, the three-year action plan continues to advance, the requirements for secondary professional operation and maintenance are getting higher and higher, the personnel carrying capacity tends to be saturated, and the contradiction between the backward mode of production and the rapid growth of relay protective equipment is becoming increasingly prominent. According to related requirements, by using internet of things technology, combined with high-speed communication network and mobile terminal, the whole life cycle management of relay protection equipment is carried out to promote the second professional operation and maintenance, overhaul, patrol and inspection to be mobile, paperless and intelligent, to improve the informatization rate of field operation and maintenance, realize the leap from traditional equipment to information equipment, and from manual inspection to automatic inspection, from experience inspection to intelligent maintenance.
