  • 摘要: 作为电力交易市场的重要组成部分,售电公司可通过从市场购买电力或将电力输送到市场和用户来改变配电网的潮流分布,并以此影响配电网的供电能力。以往的研究在分析配电网的供电能力时,鲜有考虑到电力市场交易的不确定性对配电网运行的影响。基于售电公司的双重角色,首先分析市场交易与配电网供电能力之间的交互作用;其次,计及配电网内部参与需求响应的可控分布式电源和可控负荷,建立考虑售电公司参与电力市场现货交易的配电网供电能力双层优化模型,并基于改进的重复潮流法和原-对偶内点法求解;最后,以改进的IEEE 33测试系统验证算法。结果表明,售电公司通过灵活调整购销策略参与电力交易,既可保证收益,又能提高配电网的供电能力,研究可以为优化电力市场配置与提高配电网供电能力提供一定的理论依据。

     

    Abstract: As an important part of the electricity trading market, the power sales companies can change the flow distribution of the distribution network by purchasing electricity from the market or delivering electricity to the market and users, thereby affecting the power supply capacity of the distribution network. Previous studies have rarely considered the impact of the uncertainty of power market trading on the operation of distribution networks when analyzing the power supply capacity of distribution networks. Based on the dual role of power sales companies, this paper first analyzes the interaction between market trading and distribution network power supply capacity. Secondly, considering the internal controllable distributed generation and controllable load participating demand-side response within the distribution network, a double-layer optimization model for distribution network power supply capacity considering power sales companies participating in electricity market spot trading is established, and it is solved based on the improved repetitive power flow algorithm and the original dual interior point method. Finally, the improved IEEE 33 test system is used to verify the algorithm, and the results show that power sales company participates in the power transaction by flexibly adjusting the power purchase and sale strategy, which not only ensures the profit but also improves the power supply capacity of the distribution net-work. This research can provide a theoretical basis for optimizing the configuration of the power market and improving the power supply capacity of the distribution network.
