Abstract:
To realize the goal of carbon peak and carbon neutrality, it is necessary to construct new power system dominated renewable energy. In order to ensure the security and stability operation of the new power system, the characteristics are analyzed, including energy structure and distribution, energy storage development and changing load. And it is expounded that the new challenges will be faced in secure and stable state, stable control and dispatch operation of power system. It is also presented that the research on frequency stability control should be done and frequency collaborative and emergency control systems should be constructed on new power system.It is proposed that a new type of power system frequency stability control research should be carried out, a regional frequency coordination and emergency frequency control system should be constructed, and a wide-area dispatch control mode with unified dispatch and hierarchical management across regions and voltage levels should be established. A new power system cognitive system is build, the operating characteristics of power system are grasped fully.The digital perception ability of power system is improved, and a wide area transfer technical support system is established.The adjustable resources of power system are tapped fully to improve the flexible regulation ability of new power system.
