Insulator Corona Analysis Method Based on UAV-Borne UV Image Data

  • 摘要: 采用无人机载紫外成像设备获取绝缘子运行状态的紫外图像数据,已经成为数字化运行检修的重要手段。基于无人机载的紫外成像图像数据,将数字图像处理算法结合分析视频,提取图像参数、获取紫外图像信息,分析绝缘子电晕的情况。运行结果显示,该方法可满足现场实际检测的需求,并在观测距离为4 m且增益为60%时达到最佳探测效果,有助于建立更精确的电晕分析方法,提升无人机载紫外图像数据的应用范围。

     

    Abstract: The use of UAV-borne UV imaging equipment to obtain the operating status of insulators has become an important means for line operation and maintenance personnel. Based on the UV image data of UAV, this paper adopts video analysis and digital image processing algorithm to extract the image parameters to obtain UV image information and analyzes the situation of insulator corona. The results show that this method can meet the needs of field detection and achieve the best detection effect when the observation distance is 4m and the gain is 60%.,and it helps to establish a more accurate corona analysis method and improve the application range of UV-borne UV sensing.
