添加灭火剂的变压器水喷雾灭火系统应用技术

Application Scheme of Transformer Water Spray Fire Extinguishing Systems Adding Extinguishing Agent

  • 摘要: 针对变压器水喷雾灭火系统存在的问题,提出添加灭火剂的变压器水喷雾灭火系统及消防管网防火防爆能力提升方案。为验证系统性能,搭建110 kV真型变压器模型灭火试验平台,研究灭火剂对水喷雾灭火系统灭变压器油火性能的影响。试验结果表明:纯水喷雾难以扑灭水雾未直射区域或半遮蔽区域的变压器油火;添加灭火剂后,42 s内可扑灭变压器模拟大火;16.7%的喷头损坏后,添加灭火剂的水喷雾系统仍可在40 s内高效灭火。试验结果验证了灭火剂可以显著提升水喷雾灭火系统灭火能力,有效提升变压器消防能力。

     

    Abstract: In view of the problems existing in the transformer water spray fire extinguishing system, the transformer water spray fire extinguishing system with fire extinguishing agent and the fire and explosion prevention capacity improvement scheme of the fire pipe network are proposed, and the application technology are expounded. A fire extinguishing test platform using a real 110 kV transformer model is built to study the influence of extinguishing agent on extinguishing transformer oil fire by water spray fire protection system. The results show that the pure water spray is difficult to extinguish the transformer oil fire in the area where the water spray is not directly injected or semi-covered. After adding fire extinguishing agent, simulated transformer fire can be extinguished within 42 s. After 16.7% of the sprayers are damaged, the water spray system with extinguishing agent could still extinguish the fire efficiently within 40 s. The test results provide reference for the construction of transformer water spray fire protection system.
