一种变压器有载分接开关的电动调档装置

An electric shift gear device of the transformer on-load tap-changer

  • 摘要: 在变压器电气试验过程中,由于变电站停电,有载分接开关需通过人工手摇的方式进行调压,耗时费力。结合现场实际情况,以电动螺丝刀为原型改造研制一种变压器有载分接开关的电动调档装置,将人工手摇的方式转变为电动调节,且可设置装置所转的固定圈数。该装置现已应用于朝阳地区变电站电气试验,验证了该装置能够提升有载分接开关调档的工作效率。

     

    Abstract: During the transformer electrical tests, it needs to adjust the on-load tap-changer manually because of the power failure of substation, which is time-consuming and laborious. According to the electric screwdriver, an electric shift gear device of the transformer on-load tap-changer is designed based on actual situations, which changes the manual mode into electric adjustment and set the fixed number of revolutions. This device is used for electrical tests of substations in Chaoyang, and it is proved that the device can improve the working efficiency of the on-load tap-changer.
