一种非隔离高增益直流升压变换器

A non isolated high gain DC boost converter

  • 摘要: 针对太阳能光伏发电系统对高增益、高性能直流升压变换器的需求,提出一种非隔离新型高增益直流升压变换器。分析该变换器的工作原理,对其电压增益、开关管/二极管电压应力、电感电流应力等性能指标进行算式推导。通过与现有同类型变换器性能的对比研究,证实该变换器具有电压增益高、开关管/二极管电压应力较小的优点。最终通过PSIM软件仿真,证实对该变换器所作理论分析的正确性及其优势的有效性。

     

    Abstract: In response to the demand for high gain and high-performance DC boost converters in solar photovoltaic power generation systems, this article proposes a new type of non isolated high gain DC boost converter. The working principle of the converter was analyzed, and the performance indicators such as voltage gain, voltage stress of switching tubes/diodes, and current stress of inductors were derived. By comparing the performance with existing converters of the same type, it was confirmed that the converter has the advantages of high voltage gain and low voltage stress of switching tubes/diodes. The correctness of the theoretical analysis of the converter and the effectiveness of its advantages were confirmed through simulation using PSIM software.
