线路保护闭锁重合闸回路探讨

  • 摘要: 按照常规变电站和智能变电站的要求,对“九统一”规范后双重化配置的线路保护之间的闭重回路进行说明。针对双套保护单套重合闸的重合闸把手,介绍几个主流保护厂家对“四统一”线路保护闭重的要求,并举例说明在不同方式下,重合闸把手和压板如何投退。针对弹簧储能的SF6断路器机构,SF6闭锁信号、SF6告警信号和弹簧未储能信号均未接入线路保护的压力低闭锁重合闸开入,则线路重合闸充电时间尽可能的短,对提高供电可靠性是有利的。

     

    Abstract: According to the requirement of conventional substation and intelligent substation, the blocking circuit between the line protection with dual configuration after the "nine unifications" specification is introduced and illustrated. Aiming at the reclosing handle of double protection and single reclosing, introduces the requirements of several mainstream protection manufacturers for "four unified" line protection closing weight, and illustrates with examples how to enable and disable reclosing handle and pressing plate in different modes. For the spring energy storage SF6 circuit breaker mechanism, the SF6 lockout signal, SF6 alarm signal and the spring energy not stored signal are not connected to the low pressure recloser blocking input of the line protection, so the line reclosing charging time is as short as possible, which is beneficial to improving the power supply reliability.
