高压断路器分合闸故障诊断与分析

Diagnosis and analysis of opening and closing faults of high voltage circuit breaker

  • 摘要: 针对一起高压断路器分闸异常的典型案例进行故障诊断与分析,通过断路器本体SF6气体压力监测、断路器绝缘性能试验、断路器机械性能试验和返厂解体等多个步骤,寻找事故原因,最终发现分闸故障是由断路器操动机构弹簧功能异常导致。同时,提出断路器分合闸事故的分析方法以及在运行维护中的预防措施。

     

    Abstract: Fault diagnosis and analysis were carried out for typical cases of abnormal opening of high-voltage circuit breakers. Through SF6 gas pressure monitoring of the circuit breaker body, insulation performance test of the circuit breaker, mechanical performance test of the circuit breaker and factory disassembly, the cause of the accident was found to be due to abnormal spring function of the circuit breaker operating mechanism. The analysis method of breaker opening and closing accident and the preventive measures in operation and maintenance are proposed.
