黑龙江省东部电网外送极限分析

Analysis of the transmission limit of the power grid in the eastern part of Heilongjiang Province

  • 摘要: 东部电网是黑龙江省重要的电源基地,太阳能、风能、抽水蓄能资源丰富,富裕电力主要外送至黑龙江省中部电网以及吉林省电网进行消纳,但输电能力受到500 kV林平线暂稳以及220 kV方德甲乙线单回线路的承载能力限制,随着东部电网电力装机容量的急剧增加,需要研究该地区送电断面的极限输送功率,从而提高该地区电力外送能力。以电力系统分析综合程序(PSASP)为计算平台,运用潮流计算、暂态稳定计算,分析得到多种运行方式下东部电网稳定极限输送功率。

     

    Abstract: The eastern power grid is an important power source base in Heilongjiang Province, with abundant solar, wind and pumped storage resources. The rich power is mainly sent to the Heilongjiang central power grid and the Jilin power grid for consumption. However, the transmission capacity is limited by the temporarily stable of the 500 kV Linping line and the carrying capacity of the 220 kV Fangde A&B single circuit line. With the sharp increase in the installed capacity of the eastern power grid, it is necessary to study the limit transmission power of the transmission section in the region, thereby improving the power transmission capacity in the region. Using the power system analysis software package(PSASP) as the calculation platform, the power flow calculation and transient stability calculation are used to analyze the stable limit transmission power of the eastern power grid under various operating modes.
