Case analysis of a 35 k V switchgear cable terminal fault

  • 摘要: 高压电力电缆在城市电网输电通道中的占比逐年提高,一旦发生故障将会造成重大损失。阐述一起发生在某500 k V变电站的主变35 k V低压侧电缆终端故障,结合谐波电流在线监测系统计算低压侧系统的电容电流,并结合保护动作时刻的故障录波波形,对电缆的故障发展过程进行分析。通过解体电缆终端头对故障原因进行定性分析,进而对高压电缆线路的安全运行和故障预防提出建议。

     

    Abstract: The proportion of high-voltage power cables in the transmission channels of urban power grids has increased year by year,and once a failure occurs,it will cause significant losses. The article details the terminal fault of the main variable 35 kV low-side cable that occurred in a 500 kV substation,calculates the capacitance current of the low-voltage side system combined with the harmonic current on-line monitoring system,and analyzes the fault development process of the cable combined with the fault recording waveform at the time of protection action. By dissecting the cable terminal,the fault causes are qualitatively analyzed,and then suggestions are put forward for the safe operation and fault prevention of high-voltage cable line.
