适用于配电网台架式设备安装的新型起重机研究

Research on a new type of crane suitable for the installation of bench-type equipment in distribution network

  • 摘要: 针对目前配电网台架式设备安装方法存在安全性差、费用高、局限性大的问题,设计了一种适用于配电网台架式设备安装的新型起重机。新型起重机架体采用稳固插接式三角架结构,主体使用微型电动葫芦与抱箍焊接固定,其余部分利用数学建模、角钢承载力分析、抗压承载试验等方法对起重机各部件进行分步设计,结合现场应用实际,达到了不受地形条件限制、成本低廉、携带方便、使用简单等效果。整体组装完成后,通过现场实际起吊进行整机测试,结果表明该起重机起吊过程安全、平稳、有序,符合现场实际使用规范标准,已在配网建设及改造现场推广应用。

     

    Abstract: For problems of existing the current installation method to bench-type equipment of distribution network such as poor safety,high cost and large limitations,a new type of crane suitable for the installation to bench-type equipment of the distribution network was designed. The new crane frame adopted a stable plug-in tripod structure,the main body was fixed by welding with miniature electric hoist and hoop,the rest of the crane used step-by-step design of using mathematical modeling,angle steel bearing capacity analysis,compressive bearing test and so on,combined with actual application,achieve the effect such as not being restricted by terrain conditions,low cost,convenient to carry,simple to use and so on. After the complete assembly,through actual lifting on site tested the whole machine,the results showed that the lifting process of this crane was safe,stable and orderly,conform to the actual use standard on site,while it had been promoted and applied in the field of distribution network construction and transformation.
