大型变频凝结水泵异常振动分析及处理

Analysis and treatment of abnormal vibration of large inverter condensate pump

  • 摘要: 某1 000 MW汽轮发电机组的凝结水泵自变频改造后,在变频转速区间内出现振动超标的现象。经测试与分析,其原因是由于电机壳体结构共振、叶轮产生的激振力过大造成的。通过采取现场动平衡配重、降低叶轮的激振力等措施,将振动降至优良范围之内。

     

    Abstract: After the condensate pump of a 1 000 MW steam turbine generator set has been modified from frequency conversion,the vibration exceeds the standard in the frequency conversion speed range. After testing and analysis,the reason is due to the resonance of the motor shell structure and the excessive excitation force generated by the impeller. The vibration can be reduced to the excellent range by taking measures such as on-site dynamic balancing counterweight and reducing the exciting force of impeller.
