电厂锅炉送风机节能改造方案分析

Analysis on energy saving transformation scheme of boiler forced draft fan in power plant

  • 摘要: 送风机设计选型裕量偏大,运行中入口导叶开度小,运行效率点偏离性能高效区,低负荷时调节性能较差。为改善送风机调节性能和提高运行效率,结合实际条件,进行送风机技术改造的可行性研究。综合对比分析了变频调速与永磁调速两种技术路线,最终选定了永磁调速改造方案。

     

    Abstract: The design and selection margin of forced draft fan is too large,the opening of the inlet guide blade is small during operation,the operating efficiency point deviates from the performance efficiency area,and the regulation performance is poor under low load. In order to improve the regulating performance and operating efficiency of forced draft fan,the feasibility study of technical transformation of forced draft fan is carried out in combination with the actual conditions. The two technical routes of variable frequency speed regulation and permanent magnet speed regulation are comprehensively compared and analyzed,and the transformation scheme of permanent magnet speed regulation is finally selected.
