基于MCR-WPT系统的机场机电设备工控机散热研究

Research on heat dissipation of industrial control computer of airport electromechanical equipment based on MCR-WPT system

  • 摘要: 基于MCR-WPT系统的机场机电设备工控机散热系统,采用一种新型的机箱散热系统供电方式,可应用于机场电力系统机电设备。阐述了MCR-WPT系统工作原理,对其实现方式和系统结构进行了分析。仿真结果表明,基于MCR-WPT系统的机场机电设备工控机,正常运行的功率可维持在30 W,能够将电能传输效率维持在60%左右,验证了MCR-WPT系统电能传输的可行性,能够简化散热系统的线路构造,节省线材,保障机场机电设备的正常运行。

     

    Abstract: Based on the MCR-WPT system, the cooling system of the industrial computer of the airport electromechanical equipment adopts a new power supply mode of the chassis cooling system,which can be applied to the electromechanical equipment of the airport power system. The working principle of MCR-WPT system is expounded,and its implementation and system structure are analyzed. The simulation results show that the power of the airport electromechanical equipment industrial computer based on the MCR-WPT system can be maintained at30 W and the power transmission efficiency can be maintained at about 60%,which verifies the feasibility of the power transmission of the MCR-WPT system. Simplify the circuit structure of the cooling system,save wires,and ensure the normal operation of the airport’s electromechanical equipment.
