单相三绕组自耦合节能变压器设计及性能检测分析

Design and performance test analysis of single-phase three winding self coupling energy-saving transformer

  • 摘要: 针对传统变压器损耗大的问题,设计一种单相三绕组自耦节能变压器,提出从“H-H”环氧胶工艺、全斜接缝新型工艺、PET带热摩擦融化绑扎工艺、磁分路技术、屏蔽-连续式结构、纸包自粘性换位导线、环氧树脂浇注工艺等多个方面对变压器进行设计优化。通过性能检测试验验证,单相三绕组自耦节能变压器相对于常规变压器空载损耗和有载损耗分别较传统变压器降低了40%和19%,表明结构设计和新工艺、新材料应用的有效性,可实现变压器综合性能的有效提升。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the problem of large loss of traditional transformer, a single-phase three winding autotransformer is designed. The design optimization of transformer is proposed from many aspects,such as " H-H" epoxy adhesive process,new full inclined seam process,pet tape thermal friction melting binding process,magnetic shunt technology,shielding continuous structure,paper wrapped self-adhesive transposition conductor,epoxy resin pouring processand so on. The performance test shows that compared with the conventional transformer,the no-load loss and on load loss of the single-phase three winding autotransformer are reduced by 40% and 19%respectively,indicating the effectiveness of the structural design and the application of new technology and new materials,which can effectively improve the comprehensive performance of the transformer.
