Analysis of New Energy Consumption and Grid Connection Security on Regional Power Grid

  • 摘要: 随着新能源发电占比的不断提高和局部电网建设滞后,很多地区出现不同程度的弃风弃光现象,新能源消纳形势严峻。结合某地区电力系统现有特点及新能源发展情况,介绍了某地区电网新能源电力消纳现状,从新能源出力特性、系统调峰资源和电力送出方面介绍了新能源电力消纳的主要制约因素,按照集中式/分布式的不同接入方式深入分析了新能源并网运行对电网强度、结构、保护及低频减载等造成的影响,最后给出提升电网安全及新能源消纳能力的相关建议。

     

    Abstract: With the increasing proportion of new energy generation and lagging construction of local power grids, many regions have curtailment of wind and solar energy in different degrees, and the situation of new energy consumption is grim.Combined with the existing characteristics of regional power system and development of new energy, this paper introduced the situation of new energy power consumption, dissected the main restrictive factors from new energy output characteristics, system peak shaving resources and power transmission, and deeply analyzed the impact of new energy on power grid strength, structure protection and low-frequency load shedding, finally some relevant suggestions to improve power grid security and new energy consumption capacity are given.
