Assembling and Erecting Construction Technology of Yangtze River Large Crossing Tower of ±800 kV Baizhe Line

  • 摘要: 通过对单基高345 m、重4 520 t的特高压输电线路长江大跨越塔组立进行全过程分析,探讨运用500 t履带吊及T2T1500特大型座地双平臂抱杆组立跨越塔的施工技术要点。针对大跨越钢管塔组立特点和塔型参数,结合组塔现场布置情况及起重设备吊装特性,辅以每一段起吊方式及起重机械安装拆卸的独立分析策划,得出首座交直流混压同塔架设长江大跨越塔组立全方位解决方案。工程实际证明:跨越塔组立方案与现场契合度高,对于今后同类型大跨越组塔施工具有指导意义。

     

    Abstract: Through the analysis of the whole process of the erection of the Yangtze River large crossing tower of the 345 meter high, 4520 ton heavy UHV transmission line with a single foundation, The key points of construction technology for erecting the crossing tower by using 500T crawler crane and T2T1500 super large base double arm holding pole are discussed, Based on the assemblage characteristics and type parameters of the large crossing tower, combining with the site layout and the lifting characteristics of lifting equipment, adding independent analysis and planning of lifting methods and lifting machinery installation and disassembly for each part, a comprehensive solution for the construction of the first AC-DC mixed-voltage tower on the Yangtze River crossing tower is obtained.After practical application, it shows that the assemblage.The erection scheme of crossing tower is highly consistent with the site, which is of guiding significance for the construction of the same type of large crossing tower erection in the future.
