智能变电站扩建双母双分二次作业风险辨识及安全措施分析

Analysis of Risk Identification and Safety Measures of Secondary System Operation for Expanding the Smart Substation to Dual-Busbar-Dual-Segmented

  • 摘要: 结合河北省南部电网智能变电站首次实施由双母线扩建为双母双分工程的概况,依据作业内容和现场设备状态研究合理的工序,提出辨识各项工序风险点的方法及按照三道防线编制周密的安全措施。总结硬隔离措施构建网络孤岛和配置文件三比对等工程经验,为后续及类似工程扩建提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Based on the general situation of the first implementation of the double-bus expansion to dual-busbar-dual-segmented project in smart substat of the power grid of southern Hebei, reasonable process is studied according to the operation content and field equipment status, and the method of identifying the risk points of each process is proposed and the safety measures are prepared according to the three lines of defense.The engineering experience of constructing network islands with hardware isolation measures and conducting tri-comparison for configuration files are summarized to provide references for subsequent and similar expansion projects.
