Abstract:
The theoretical response potential of user load needs to be accurately calculated in the demand response strategy and planning project.A demand response theoretical potential evaluation method based on the load elasticity coefficient is proposed in this paper.The mean square error is used to calculate the load elasticity coefficient to measure the degree of user load adjustment and migration.An industry theoretical response potential evaluation framework is designed, and the daily load characteristics and theoretical response potential of typical industries are calculated using the daily load data of users.The proposed method provides a reference for grid dispatching to make plans and arrange equipment reserve capacity.
