Evaluation and Analysis of Theoretical Demand Response Capacity of Typical Industries Based on Load Elasticity Coefficient Method

  • 摘要: 在需求响应策略和规划制定工程中,需要准确计算用户的理论响应潜力。本文提出一种基于负荷弹性系数法的需求响应理论潜力评估方法,利用均方差计算用户负荷弹性系数,衡量用户用电负荷可调整和迁移的程度,设计了行业理论响应潜力评估框架,并利用用户日负荷数据计算典型行业日负荷特征及理论响应潜力,为电网调度制定计划、安排备用容量等业务提供参考。

     

    Abstract: The theoretical response potential of user load needs to be accurately calculated in the demand response strategy and planning project.A demand response theoretical potential evaluation method based on the load elasticity coefficient is proposed in this paper.The mean square error is used to calculate the load elasticity coefficient to measure the degree of user load adjustment and migration.An industry theoretical response potential evaluation framework is designed, and the daily load characteristics and theoretical response potential of typical industries are calculated using the daily load data of users.The proposed method provides a reference for grid dispatching to make plans and arrange equipment reserve capacity.
