基于模糊PI的电动汽车无刷直流电机控制系统研究

摘要: 近年来,伴随着分布式能源的发展,新能源汽车在全国大规模推广,有效减少了碳排放,促进了节能减排。针对采用传统PID控制策略的电动汽车无刷直流电机存在响应速度慢、抗扰动能力弱等问题,设计了一种新型双闭环无刷直流电机控制系统,从系统模型、控制策略等方面对该系统进行分析,并在此系统下分别对PID控制和模糊PI控制进行了基于空载和负载下的转速仿真实验,结果证实,模糊PI控制系统较PID控制系统有更好的稳定性。Abstract: In recent years, with the development of distributed energy, large-scale new energy vehicles had been promoted nationwide, which effectively reduced carbon emissions and promoted energy conservation and emission reduction. Brushless DC motor of electric vehicle with traditional PID control strategy had some disadvantages such as slow response speed and weak disturbance resistance.In order to solve these problems, this thesis designed a new type of control system with double closed-loop brushless DC motor.The system was analyzed from the aspects of system model and control strategy.The current loop and the speed loop of the designed system used PID control and fuzzy PI control method respectively. Under this system, the speed simulation experiments based on no-load and load were carried out for PID control and fuzzy PI control respectively.The simulation results showed that the fuzzy PI control system had better stability than the PID control system.
