  • 摘要: 直流参考电压和泄漏电流测试是氧化锌避雷器例行试验项目,其测量的准确性是保证氧化锌避雷器安全、稳定运行的基础。针对220 kV氧化锌避雷器不拆一次引线测试直流参考电压和泄漏电流时避雷器拐点电压不一致的情况,采用电阻分压法提高避雷器上节试验电压和电源抬升法提高避雷器下节试验电压,分析了试验线角度对测试结果的影响,通过在法兰外部包覆绝缘层的方法降低干扰,并在现场试验过程中验证了方法的可行性。

     

    Abstract: DC Reference Voltage and leakage current testing are routine test items for metal oxide arresters(MOA).Accurate measurement of DC reference voltage and leakage current of MOA is the basis of MOA safe and stable operation.In view of the inconsistency between the DC reference voltage and the inflection point voltage of the arrester during the leakage current test without removing the primary lead wire of the 220 kV MOA,this paper puts forward the method of increasing the test voltage of the upper section of the arrester by the resistance partial voltage method and the test voltage of the lower section of the arrester by the voltage rise method, analyzes the influence of the test line angle on the test results, reduces the interference by coating the insulating layer outside the flange, and verifies the feasibility of the method in the field test process.
