Diagnosis and Analysis of Abnormal Heating of Combination Appliance Bellows

  • 摘要: 介绍了一起220 kV组合电器母线波纹管发热的实际案例,首先结合波纹管结构,提出了可能引起发热的2种原因,环流发热和导体发热,并通过理论分析比较2种发热的温度特征存在的差异,进而与现场红外测温图谱比对,并对发热部位开展进一步的拆解检查,最终确定发热原因为导体插接处接触不良。然后通过建立相同结构的三维仿真模型,对环流发热和导体发热时波纹管的温度特征进行仿真计算,得出的结论与案例中分析结果一致,从而验证了案例分析过程和结果的正确性,对同类型故障的识别与诊断具有一定的借鉴作用。

     

    Abstract: This paper introduced a practical case of 220 kV combination appliance bus bellows heating.First of all, combined with the structure of the bellows, it proposed two possible causes of heating, circulation heating and conductor heating, and compared the temperature characteristics of the two types of heating through theoretical analysis.The difference was then compared with the on-site infrared temperature measurement map, and further dismantling and inspection of the heating part was carried out.Finally, the cause of heating was determined to be poor contact at the conductor connector plug.After that, by establishing a three-dimensional simulation model of the same structure, the temperature characteristics of the bellows when circulating current heating and conductor heating were simulated and calculated.The conclusions drawn were consistent with the analysis results in the case, which verified the correctness of the case analysis process and results, and had a certain reference for the identification and diagnosis of the same type of faults.
