Abstract:
Aiming at the problem that the traditional independent power quality evaluation index system or power consumption reliability evaluation index system of distribution network cannot accurately reflect the customer’s power consumption experience, a power consumption experience evaluation index system is constructed which integrates customer-side power quality and power reliability.7 customer-side power quality indexes are designed to reflect the impact of power quality on power consumption experience, and 3 power reliability indexes are designed to reflect the impact of continuous power supply level on power consumption experience. The collected electricity consumption information was used as data support.Firstly, the best worst method(BWM) and entropy weight method were used to calculate the subjective and objective weights of each index.Secondly, the game theory was introduced into the comprehensive evaluation, and the combination optimization of Nash equilibrium method was used to obtain a reasonable comprehensive weight. Finally, through technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution(TOPSIS),the power consumption experience of distribution network users in each region is evaluated. The example shows that the evaluation model can comprehensively and accurately evaluate the power consumption experience, and the evaluation results are consistent with the real power consumption experience of customers. It provides important reference for power supply enterprises to improve distribution network operation and maintenance management, planning and construction level and improve customer service quality.
