Economic Optimal Scheduling Method for Peak Load Regulation of Electric Heating Aggregation Virtual Power Plant

  • 摘要: 为发挥电采暖负荷灵活可调控性能,将电采暖负荷聚合成虚拟电厂,提出电采暖聚合型虚拟电厂调峰经济优化调度方法,为电采暖主动参与电网调峰提供解决方案。首先,分析建立电采暖聚合型虚拟电厂互动机制与管理架构;然后,建立考虑用能差异化需求的电采暖负荷需求响应模型;以虚拟电厂期望经济效益最大为目标,建立虚拟电厂经济优化调度模型。算例结果表明,所提方法可根据不同用户差异化需求经济合理地实现电采暖负荷主动参与电网运行调控,为规模化电采暖负荷参与电网调峰提供参考。

     

    Abstract: In order to give full play to the flexible and adjustable performance of electric heating load, this paper aggregates the electric heating load into a virtual power plant, and proposes an economic optimal scheduling method for peak regulation of electric heating aggregated virtual power plant, so as to provide a realistic solution for electric heating to actively participate in grid peak regulation.Firstly, the interactive mechanism and management structure of electric heating aggregation virtual power plant are analyzed and established; Then, the electric heating load demand response model considering differentiated demand is established; In order to maximize the expected economic benefits of virtual power plant, an economic optimal scheduling model of virtual power plant is established.The results show that the proposed method can realize the active participation of electric heating load in power grid operation and regulation economically and reasonably according to the differentiated needs of different users, and provide a practical solution for large-scale electric heating load to participate in power grid peak shaving.
