谐波对变压器绝缘老化的影响分析

Influence Analysis of Harmonics on Transfer Insulation Aging

  • 摘要: 变压器作为必要的变电设备,其安全经济运行至关重要。为研究谐波对变压器绝缘老化的影响,从理论上分析最热点温度与谐波含量的关系,及最热点温度对变压器热老化率、老化加速因子及剩余寿命3个指标的影响,通过仿真分别绘制了自然油循环、强迫油循环、强迫油循环导向3种冷却方式下变压器热老化率、绝缘老化加速因子、剩余寿命与谐波电流总畸变率的关系曲线,量化了谐波对变压器绝缘寿命的影响。

     

    Abstract: As a necessary transformer equipment, the safe and economic operation of the transformer is essential.In order to study the influence of harmonics on transformer insulation aging, this paper first theoretically analyzes the relationship between the hottest spot temperature and the harmonic content, and its influence on the three indicators of transformer thermal aging rate, aging acceleration factor and remaining life, and then combines the relationship between the hottest temperature and the harmonic content under the three cooling methods of natural oil circulation, forced oil circulation, and forced oil circulation guidance, the curves of transformer thermal aging rate, insulation aging acceleration factor, remaining life and total harmonic current distortion rate are drawn, and the influence of harmonics on transformer insulation is quantified.
