基于小波包能量谱的铁塔螺栓完全松动检测方法

Research on Complete Looseness Detection Method of Tower Bolts Based on Wavelet Packet Energy Spectrum

  • 摘要: 螺栓连接松动故障严重影响铁塔的正常运行,对铁塔螺栓连接松动故障进行检测十分必要。本文提出了基于小波包能量谱的铁塔螺栓完全松动检测方法,首先利用脉冲激振法实测了铁塔螺栓完全松动前后振动信号,分别得到了激振点所在塔材的振动信号,以及通过螺栓相连接的塔材振动信号。然后采用小波包对原始信号进行小波包分解,利用能量特征提取的方法找出分解后各个频段的能量谱图,通过比较相连接的2段塔材在螺栓松动后小波包能量谱的变化规律,确立了基于小波包能量谱的铁塔螺栓完全松动检测依据。

     

    Abstract: The bolt connection looseness fault seriously affects the normal operation of the iron tower.It is very necessary to detect the bolt connection looseness fault of the iron tower.In this paper, a complete loosening detection method of tower bolts based on wavelet packet energy spectrum is proposed.Firstly, the vibration signals of the transmission tower before and after the bolt is completely loosened are measured by the pulse excitation method, and the vibration signals of the tower component where the excitation point is locatedand the vibration signals of the tower componentwhich was connected by bolt are obtained respectively.Then the wavelet packet is used to decompose the initial signal, the energy spectrum of each frequency band is found out by using the method of energy feature extraction.Finally, the change rule of wavelet packet energy spectrum of the two connected tower materials after the bolts are loosened is given, and the complete looseness detection rules of tower bolts based on wavelet packet energy spectrum is gotten.
